Pocket App recently launched a brand new gaming application called Up Front. It’s an exciting football game aimed to not only entertain users, but to educate them about discriminatory attitudes at football games. Up Front tests the the users reactions while their chosen footballing character avoids various obstacles, allowing the user to stamp out unacceptable behaviour and comments from the stands.
Up Front is a part of the ‘Pride In Sport’ project in conjunction with the European Gay and Lesbian Sport Federation (EGLSF), aimed at preventing and fighting discrimination in sport. It is funded by the European Commission (EU Preparatory Actions in the Field of Sport). We at Pocket App are proud to be part of such an important campaign and are happy to have done our bit in promoting equality in sport. Up Front is currently available on Google Play.
