Pocket App has recently supported Nigeria’s fastest growing telecommunications company – Etisalat on a number of projects involving their in-house support service the Geek Force. By assisting Etisalat in implementing QR code driven cross promotional solutions and developing a bespoke app store, Pocket App has contributed to the recent success of the brand.
The Etisalat Geek Force was launched in December 2011, and is aimed at making Etisalat’s customer’s communication life easier by providing differentiated experience through first-hand query resolution for all device related issues.
The Etisalat Geek Force is a team of technology savvy and courteous sales staff who have been jointly trained by Etisalat’s in-house faculty and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to provide advisory services and to resolve technical issues on various devices at designated Etisalat Experience Centres.
